- Be returned in its original packaging
- Be in a condition suitable for resale
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the goods are faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly.
Opened, used or damaged products cannot normally be accepted for return unless they are faulty or your statutory rights require otherwise.
