Change of Mind
We understand that circumstances can change. If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind, your rights will depend on the country in which you purchased the product and the consumer protection laws that apply.
Where applicable law provides a right to cancel or return an order, Premier Fuel Solutions will honour those legal rights.
Where no such legal right exists, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for products purchased solely due to a change of mind.
To be eligible for a return where applicable, products must:
- Be unused and unopened
- Remain in their original, sealed packaging
- Be returned in a clean, re-saleable condition
- Include all original packaging and contents
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or you have received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs showing the product and any damage
Once we have reviewed your claim, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, refund or other remedy in accordance with the applicable consumer protection laws.
Products Not Eligible for Return
Unless required by applicable law, we cannot accept returns for products that:
- Have been opened or used
- Are not in their original condition
- Are damaged after delivery due to misuse or incorrect storage
- Have been altered or modified
- Are returned without prior authorisation where requested
Refunds
Where a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method wherever possible
- Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider
- Original delivery charges and return shipping costs are only refunded where required by law or where Premier Fuel Solutions has supplied faulty or incorrect goods
International Orders
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or local charges applied by their country.
Refunds cannot be provided for delays, customs fees or import charges outside the control of Premier Fuel Solutions.
Where products are refused by customs or returned due to unpaid duties or taxes, any refund may be reduced to reflect shipping, handling and any other costs incurred, where permitted by law.

Before returning any product, please contact Premier Fuel Solutions with:
- Your name
- Order number
- Date of purchase
- Reason for the return
We will advise you of the next steps and provide return instructions where applicable.
Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Returns & Refund Policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under the consumer protection laws that apply in your country of purchase.
Where local legislation provides greater protection than this policy, those legal rights will take precedence.
